Solar heated Swimming Pool
and BBQ

The swimming pool measures 10m x 5m, and was designed to consider young children, being just 0.75m deep at the shallow end. This increases to 1.5m at the deep end, and is deep enough to swim whilst at the same time being shallow enough for most people to stand up in for general fun or ball games.

Another feature of the pool is that unlike many pools on the Algarve, it benefits from a solar heating system, which makes it most pleasant in the summer months, and also raises the temperature out of the peak period, thus extending the "swimming in comfort" season.

The pool is maintained and cleaned by a local company.

Sitting aside the pool is the undercover purpose built BBQ.
It is great to be able to eat outside but in the shade of the sun and
without fear of a sudden quick shower.
There is a superb large teak wooden table and chairs, to seat eight people,
also if just sitting is not your thing there is a dartboard here too
for that added entertainment.
