and Bathrooms
The
house benefits from a modern fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen, including
dishwasher and microwave oven, plus a large fridge/freezer.
The kitchen has patio doors that open onto the pool terrace.
Adjoining the kitchen is the utility room, where there is an iron and
ironing board, plus a further large larder fridge for drinks, and which
is kept stocked with a range of refreshments (there’s nothing worse when you first arrive
thirsty and hot, than nothing cold to drink!).
The family bathroom, pictured, benefits from a vanity sink unit, giving
plenty of storage space, and a large illuminated mirror.
Off the master bedroom is the en-suite bathroom, which also has an illuminated
mirror and vanity sink unit, as well as a full bath with shower over,
toilet and bidet.
There is also a good-sized shower room, with a large shower cubicle. In
this third bathroom there is a firm handle fixed to the wall next to the toilet,
as an aide to those who may be unsteady on their feet. Once again, there
is an illuminated mirror.
