Air Conditioning
The lounge/dining room is air conditioned, as are all 4 of the bedrooms.

Central Heating
The villa is also equipped with full radiator gas-fired central heating.
Villa's that are designed to be cool in summer can occasionally
be a little chilly during the coldest season periods.

But our villa's central heating ensures a comfortable environment
for any early or late season rentals.

No Gas Worries
Our villa has a large commercial gas tank
(concealed and completely out of site buried below ground level)
so there are no concerns about checking and
changing of portable gas bottles.

Clean Towels and Bed Linen
A maid comes in twice weekly to ensure a
ready supply of clean bathroom towels and bed linen.
(Please bring your own pool and beach towels).

Baby Facilities available at the Villa
A cot is available at the Villa, for which no charge is made.
It is a travel-type cot, size is about 3' x '' by 2' x 6''. We do not however provide bed
linen for this, so please bring your own.

Also available is a high chair and baby bouncer chair with tray for our younger guests.
Finally a baby monitor is at the Villa for our guests to use when required.

Incidentals
To keep our guests neat and tidy we have an iron and ironing board and two hairdryers.

To help with the who's got the continental travel plug converter you will find a UK 3-pin socket is fitted in most rooms as well as the Portuguese sockets.
